Kenize Mayer, Hour 6
After growing up in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Kenize Mayer was brought to Stevens Point, Wisconsin because her father found a job at Sentry working in a sales position. Inspired by Ms. Lucas, a teacher at SPASH, Kenzie also wants to follow similar footsteps of becoming a teacher of her own. Kenzie’s favorite subject is English and she wishes to pursue her future career of attending Florida Gulf Coast University. Not only does she want to attend a college in Florida, Florida is her favorite spot to travel because of Disney World. Right now, Kenzie is currently in 12th grade at SPASH. She loves hanging out with friends, hanging out with family, dancing, working with kids, and volunteering towards her community every chance she can get. She’s currently working towards achieving her dream job of teaching a second grade elementary classroom, preferably somewhere in Florida. Outside of the classroom, you’ll find Kenzie showing her passion for dance by telling every one of her classmates what outfits she’s going to have for her next dance performance.
