Track and Field Fundraisers

The track team is fast and furious and they are hoping to speed through their fundraisers and sell out.
The new 2018 SPASH discount card is $10. It can be purchased from any member of the boys track team.
Richard Makuski said, “These cards help fund our season. The whole team would appreciate your support in buying our cards.”
This card includes discounts for various places in the Point/Plover area like Arbuckle’s and Schierl Tire. The card also has offers from Polito’s, Pizza Ranch and Cost Cutters and others.
The card is valid until Dec. 31, 2018.
Adam Gilmeister said, “The money from the cards helps us keep our equipment up to date and gets us new uniforms.”
The girls track team hoping to raise money by selling premium coffee.
The Mission coffee bags are $10 each and come in five different flavors including house blend and Nigerian.
Ally Martin said, “The years prior to us always have always done well on selling their fundraisers and we can see the results. We have the best quality equipment.”

Nice article! The only thing I would’ve liked to see was some more dates. When did the fundraiser start? When will the fundraiser stop?

It’s cool to hear how the team benefits from their fundraiser and how good they have done in the past. I would of liked a few more quotes and how much they have raised in the past, but overall good article.

I was hoping to join the track team this year, but didn’t cause of a soccer injury. I enjoyed seeing this insight about how the team raises money.

It’s good to see the track team being so successful through their fundraising. I’m happy the team is able to afford new equipment and uniforms thanks to this fundraiser. I thought the article was well written and the quotes made it more insightful.

Great article wouldve liked to see maybe one or two interviews from the boys track team but otherwise was really informative and well written
