SPASH SPASH girls basketball will host Eau Claire Memorial tonight at 7:15 p.m. It is the first home game of the season and is also Parents Night. Come out and support the girls and participate in the jersey themed student section.
Local Coordinators of the Holiday Basket Project have a goal to reach every Portage County family in need this holiday. They plan to hand out the baskets Dec. 16 through 23. People who are willing to donate food items, gift cards, presents or toiletries are a great match for creating these wonderful holiday baskets.
State A panel of federal judges declared that the redrawing of Wisconsin state assembly districts to favorRrepublicans was an unconstitutional,l partisan (party based) gerrymander. The case will be taken to the Supreme Court. A favorable ruling would have a large impact on the redrawing of districts in 2021.
