Never a Dull Moment
March 11, 2021
January is fixing equipment
February is battling the elements
March is tapping maple trees
April is flooded out
May is breaking ground
June is planting seeds in the ground
July is a heat wave
August is watching your livelihood grow
September is the start of harvest
October is the rotation of cattle
November is preparation for winter
December is not being able to wait to do it again
Agriculture is a life that has no break. It is always a worthwhile moment

This poem is superb, I love the way of telling a story by adding the months of the year, it makes a very good progress, It is a very enriching poem.

Not only do I love each line that brings vivid images to my mind, but the corresponding layout that you chose, as the poem moves downward & to the right, has a great effect of moving through time. This poem is so YOU, Parker! Please write more! – Mrs. Zimm.
